Ordering and Shipping Policies
Note: All orders must be confirmed and prepaid via PayPal prior to requesting shipment to Denver.
Orders are expected to be shipped monthly (or bi-monthly pending demand). The combined orders will be filled as quickly as possible. Please allow approximately one week for arrival in Denver, and then shipment to the Buyer.
Shipment to Buyers will be by air-cargo from Denver International Airport (DIA) to major regional airports servicing our air cargo airlines. Air cargo shipments are sent freight collect. Special arrangement for shipping via UPS (not FedEx) is possible for those requests — COD terms. There will be a nominal charge for ‘fish-shipping boxes’ (and winter heat-pacs if required).
Live Arrival Guaranteed for same-day air cargo with Buyer pick up two hours after arrival. UPS must be ‘overnight’ with a.m. delivery (not recommended for large or exotic fish). DOA claims must be reported to American Cichlids three hours after arrival, with Email digital photos. No refunds, credit only. No fish may be returned to American Cichlids after delivery, special orders for exotic and rare species are final.
Wholesale prices on quantities may be available in some cases.
